AI Monks presents one-of-its kind course on "Understanding the Impact of Lock Down on Covid-19 Through Simulation". The course aims to help students understand simulation and related modelling techniques with respect to the spread of global pandemic Covid-19.

Owning to the spread of global pandemic, governments across the world are facing the challenge to take decision on lock down. On one hand lives of people are at stake; while on the other hand, various economic activities are coming to a standstill. Governments are facing with one of the biggest dilemmas in modern history. Some of the questions that should be answered are:

• Will imposing lock down have any impact on the spread of the disease?
• If lock down can restrict the spread of the disease, how it should be phased out?
• What is the impact of different lock down implementations on spread of the pandemic, like, continuous lock down, periodic lock down, phase-wise lock-down, hot spot lock down, etc.?
